Meet the eSchool Consultants Leadership Team

Coletta Musick, Ph.D. – Owner/President
Coletta Musick has an extensive background in education administration, having served as principal of four elementary schools, assistant superintendent and principal for a local school district, and superintendent of the nation’s first statewide K-12 online school system. Coletta earned a B.A. in Early Childhood Education from Marshall University in Huntington, WV, and both a Master of Education and Doctorate in Education Administration from Ohio University. She has served on the statewide Ohio Social Studies Model Curriculum Advisory Committee, as a member of Central Ohio SchoolNet Plus Steering Committee, on Compaq Computer Corporation’s National Advisory Committee, selected for the Learn.com Advisory Board, and being inducted into Phi Delta Kappa. As owner and president of eSchool Consultants and its subsidiaries, Coletta continues to pioneer the future of virtual education. Coletta resides in Circleville with her husband, Don. Their family includes their son Donnie, his wife Jodi, and their three children, as well as their daughter, Krisha, and her husband, Ryan.

Donnie Musick – Chief Executive Officer
Donnie graduated from the Teays Valley School System, and attended the University of Toledo and OSU. He then went on to work in the field of virtual education. An eSchool Consultants employee since the company’s conception, Donnie has been instrumental in the developmental, marketing, operational, and systems areas on which eSchool Consultants is based. Donnie and his staff are responsible for all technical aspects of the company. Donnie lives in Circleville with his wife Jodi and three young children, Avery, Reece, and Kaylee.

Krisha Baxter – Chief Financial Officer
After attending Teays Valley High School, Krisha Baxter graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minor in Economics. After two years of experience in public accounting, Krisha joined eSchool in 2005, and is responsible for all fiscal operations. As CFO, Krisha operates day-to-day bill payment and develops long-term financial goals and strategies. Her key duties include processing Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, evaluating financial needs and developing solutions, and oversight of general financial solutions. Krisha resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband Ryan.

Kelly Claibourne – Chief Instructional Officer
Kelly attended Bowling Green State University, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Art Education. She has on classroom experience at Fort Meigs Elementary in Perrysburg, Ohio and a variety of other locations. Since joining the eSchool team in the fall of 2002, Kelly has had the opportunity to work in or with a majority of the company’s departments. In her current role as CIO, she oversees data entry and maintenance, resolves fatal error with in Educational Management Information System (EMIS), interrupts EMIS regulations to ensure compliance and develops custom data related procedures to meet client needs. Kelly is licensed and Highly Qualified to teach in the state of Ohio, and is currently pursing her Master’s degree through Wright State University.

Kathy Williams – Executive Director
Kathy attended Walsh University in Canton, Ohio where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. After college, she worked as a caseworker for Children’s Services and director of a drug and alcohol center before being hired by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections, where she worked her way up from a state parole officer to a regional administrator. Wanting to positively impact teens, Kathy left to accept a position as administrator of Life Skills Center. Joining eSchool in 2006, she now acts as the Assistant Superintendent/Executive Director for all three Focus Learning Academies and Hope High. Kathy helps in the overall management/development of the schools and works with the Directors to ensure high quality service. Her key responsibilities include program development, staff management, ensuring state mandated compliance and working with the Boards of Directors to ensure contract compliance.

Bryce Thornton – Data Services Director
Bryce attended Teays Valley High School and graduated from Bowling Green State University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. After college, Bryce worked for the Marathon Oil Company where he provided programming and network security services. He joined eSchool Consultants in 2004, and immediately reworked the company data systems, making them more efficient. He is now in charge of creating and maintaining the web-based systems for eSchool clients. This includes the Student Information System (SIS) and Learning Management System (LMS). Bryce makes sure the systems run smoothly, adds new features, improves existing features and works with clients to determine their requirements and needs. Bryce lives in Upper Arlington, Ohio.

Erin Scott – Curriculum Director
Erin is a graduate of Westfall High School in Williamsport, Ohio. In 2001, while earning her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education at OSU’s Newark campus, Erin started her career with eSchool as a curriculum consultant. After graduation, Erin developed and operated Coleeta Daycare, a subsidiary of eSchool Consultants, learning how to maintain compliance with many government regulations as well as management and client skills. This experience prepared her for her current position as Curriculum Director, in which she is responsible for daily maintenance and operation of K-12 curriculum. She also provides curriculum support to teachers and school staff. Her key duties include management of curriculum writers and staff, development of new courses, launches and maintenance of overall K-12 curriculum, curriculum writer training, and academic content standards support for teachers. She also serves as the Grant Coordinator for certain clients, assisting the Grant Writer as needed. Erin and her husband Jeremy live in Ashville, with their new son, Zac.

Allie Sakas – Marketing and Communications Director
After attending Grandview Heights High School in Columbus, Ohio, Allie graduated from the Art Institute of Colorado with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio. Before joining the eSchool Consultants team in 2006, Allie worked for a children’s publishing company doing marketing research. She also worked for several years as the graphic designer at her family’s business. She is currently in charge of marketing and communications at eSchool, handling graphic design, advertising and public relations for the company and its clients. Her duties include creating a variety of promotional materials, maintaining corporate standards, serving as media liaison, client branding, website development, and creating cost effective marketing budgets. Allie lives in Columbus, Ohio.

Cris Gulacy-Worrel – Federal Programs Director
A Warren, Ohio native, Cris attended both The Denison University and The Ohio State University and holds a degree in Liberal Arts. As a recognized leader in the CSADM field, Cris brought over three years of CSADM and SIS data consulting experience to eSchool when she joined the team in 2003. In her current position, she oversees all Federal programs including Title I, CCIP and USDA. In addition to managing these programs for all three Focus Learning Academies and Hope High, she supervises the daycare program at Focus North and handles NCLB regulation compliance. Cris resides in Upper Arlington, Ohio with her husband Joshua and two young sons, Nate and Ben. She also recently completed the 2007 Columbus marathon.

Jeremy Scott – Technical Services Director
Jeremy is a central Ohio native and a graduate of Logan Elm High School in Circleville, Ohio. After graduating from DeVry University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Jeremy worked for Management Information Systems at the Ohio Department of Youth Services and for the Consolidated Computer Center, a division of Park National Bank. Jeremy joined eSchool in 2005, and as the company’s Technical Services Director, he is responsible for implementing technology solutions and providing technical support to clients. His duties include maintaining telecommunications and internet connectivity, designing and implementing network solutions and managing the technical support staff. Jeremy lives in Ashville with his wife, Erin and son, Zac.
